2. Purpose

This website provides information about Hecate AI Agency's automation services for small and medium sized businesses. It does not process online payments or store customer data beyond what is submitted through the contact form, which is used solely to respond to enquiries.

3. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Zeljko Deban, trading as Hecate AI Agency, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted.

4. Data protection

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Hecate AI Agency also offers a WhatsApp assistant on +34 635 572 506. This assistant collects the WhatsApp number of the person messaging, the content of the conversation, and any information volunteered during it, such as their name, email address, service of interest, a summary of their enquiry, and their answer to a question about repetitive tasks in their business. If a meeting is booked, the date, time and email address associated with that booking are also collected.

This data is used to respond to enquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and arrange a meeting with Zeljko Deban. It is stored in a self-hosted database and automation platform operated by Hecate AI Agency, and is not shared with third parties beyond the email delivery provider used to send notifications and booking confirmations, and, when a meeting is booked, IONOS, whose calendar hosts the event details (the customer's name, topic and WhatsApp number).

You may exercise the same rights of access, correction or deletion described above by writing to zack@hecateai.agency or by asking directly in the WhatsApp conversation.

5. Terms of Service

The WhatsApp assistant is an automated tool that provides general information about Hecate AI Agency's services. It is not a substitute for a direct conversation with Zeljko Deban.

The assistant does not provide pricing; this is always confirmed directly by Zeljko Deban.

Any booking made through the assistant is provisional until confirmed by the accompanying confirmation email.

The service is provided as-is, for informational and lead-qualification purposes, on +34 635 572 506, operated by Zeljko Deban under the trading name Hecate AI Agency.

6. Data deletion

Anyone can request deletion of their data — WhatsApp conversation records, contact details, or booking information — at any time, either by sending the request directly via WhatsApp to the number above or by emailing zack@hecateai.agency. The request will be processed within a few business days.
